This Supplemental Notice is supplemental to our notice titled "Sale of Residential Parking Spaces - The Parkside" dated 22 May, 2015 (the "Notice").

In relation to the Parking Spaces which will be offered for sale on 13 June 2015, please be informed that the following changes are being made to the Notice:-

Parking Space No. 94 on the Price List will be offered for sale

Save and except for the aforesaid changes, the Notice shall remain in full force and effect.

Holding companies of the Vendor: Wheelock and Company Limited, Wheelock Investments Limited, Myers Investments Limited, Wheelock Properties Limited, Realty Development Corporation Limited, Dannette Holdings Limited. Authorized Person: Dr. Ronald Lu. The firm or corporation of which an Authorized Person for the Development is a proprietor, director or employee in his or her professional capacity: Ronald Lu & Partners (Hong Kong) Limited. Building contractor: Gammon Engineering & Construction Company Limited. The firm of solicitors acting for the Owner in relation to the sale of residential properties in the Development: Baker & McKenzie. The authorized institution that has made a loan, or has undertaken to provide finance, for the construction of the Development: The Bank of East Asia, Limited. (Remark: The loan has already been fully repaid by the Vendor.) Other person who has made a loan for the construction of the Development: Wheelock Finance Limited.
